Yes. You can deal with your vendors directly and pay them annually. We will, however, suggest a change of host from whichever to Go Daddy for better performance. We will prefer to stick to your domain name.
We specialise on building websites on the paid themes of WordPress. For the uninitiated, WordPress offers a user-friendly interface, extensive customization options, a large supportive community, and strong SEO capabilities; thus making it suitable for creating almost any type of website.
After securing the domain and its hosting, we shall submit links to three best paid themes of WordPress which are inline with your business, thought process and imagination. We shall, in the meanwhile, create a broad layout of your website and present a strategy document (including the style guidelines) within the first week. Once agreed, HOME page will be built and submitted by the third week. The same design, after approval of HOME page, are then applied to the rest of pages.
The deliverables and costs thereof are mentioned in plans given above. Some services, as indicated and if needed, shall be charged extra on case-to-case basis.
Though the charges for any plan is a one-time fee, the final agreed costs are broken in two parts – 60% paid as advance to start the project and balance soon after the website is handed over.
It takes 4-5 weeks to complete the website under Basic & Standard packages. The time taken for Premium (E-Commerce) website is arrived at only after due deliberations.
Apart from selecting the best theme for your website, you are free to suggest and discuss web references. Your feedback will be crucial in all stages of HOME page design. However, at all stages till completion, we are just a call away.
We allow two design changes at the HOME page design stage. Overhauling of design will not be possible once we get into inside pages. Frankly, this never happens in practice as there will be enough prepping and discussions in the initial and building stage.
Your phone camera pics, if shot in good light, should be fine in most instances. Free images can be picked from stock image sites, and bought if the need be.
All aspects of support and maintenance for the first three months are FREE after the handover of complete website, and are then covered under the annual maintenance contract.
